6:00- 5 egg whites,water,milk,orange - multi vit.
I would eat one or two of the egg yolks here. Depending on the size of the orange maybe another orange.
9:00-sausage egg and cheese with gatorade
Gatorade doesn't really count towards anything in your diet. Depending on the type of sausage and cheese and the amount they might not be the best for you. You also have no carbs in here so you should put some in.
12:00-granola bar
You need something with protein here.
1:40-cheeseburger,fries,milk or pizza
Fries and pizza are pretty much trashy to eat, same with a cheeseburger. If your going to eat a cheesburger use wheat bread if you make it and not alot of cheese. Milk and the actual burger meat are the only two things that would be ok from here.
4:00-muscle milk, turkey sandwich, water
Sounds ok.

post workout- whey protein,weightgainer,glutamine
Don't use weightgainer after you workout. Use a fruit juice with the whey protein and move the weight gainer to a different time and split it up into two parts.
7:00-fruit
Take half the weight gainer here. You also might need to eat something with more protein depending on the amount of protein in the weight gainer.
8:00-DINNER,multi vit
Why take two multivitamins in one day?
10:00-snack(fruits)
Half the weight gainer here, you also might need to eat something with more protein depending on the amount of protein in the weight gainer.
11:00- peanut butter, cottage cheese,
muscle milk. glutamine
Thats alot of protein. Before you go to bed your better off with peanut butter and a cup of milk. PRotein can be turned into fat as well.
