if u can help me with some advice on my diet.. i eat this 6 daysa week, in sundays i get a brake and eat something else but keeping the diet
6:30AM 1 cup oatmeal, i spoon of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 2% milk (shake)
7:30AM workout
10 AM 1 1/2cup oatmela, 1 spoon peanutt butter, 1 cup strawberries, spoon of natural honey
1PM 12 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmal, 1/4 of bran (sahke it and cook it like a pancake... try it is really good)
4PM 1 cup of rice, 1 1/2 cup of broccolli and 2 chiken breast
7pm 2tunna cans 1 1/2 cups of green beans or
peas
10pm 1 glass of 2% milk
i drink 1 galon of watter a day and green tea in the monring and by night to
what do you tink guys???? any advice???
