my nutrition has been lacking severly, and im willing to get it back on track. can any1 tell me how much carbs,protein,calories and etc i need to get BIGgER?
im currently 144 lbs. and i dont know my bf%. but yeah.

i'd be more than willing to help, after you have done a search on the board. your same questions is posted at least 5 times a week. do a search and you should find carb/protein/fats and caloric requirements for gaining mass.
