144 lbs. how many carbs do i need? *noob question you're gona knee slap laugh - What do carbs help you with?

im assuming you are bulking being only 140 lbs. therefore you need at least 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per lb of bodyweight. when i bulked i did 2-2.5 grams

without to much science, carbs provide energy for your body. for example when you are on a cut diet, carbs are low, and thats why many feel sluggish.
