Good question. Sorry I don't know and haven't been able to find the answer. Try calling the manufacturer. They probably don't have the info right there for you but will probably find out and get back to you. Hope this helps.

according to Gerard Dante's book Macrobolic Nutrition sweet corn has a moderate GI index of 59

Check out Nutritiondata.com

According to them, a corn tortilla has a GI of 50, with a 19g serving yielding a GL of 4

A flour tortilla, on the other hand, has a GI of 30, with a 46g serving yielding a GL of 7.
