yesterday i opened up 2 tinned tunas for PWO & have it with some white rice, but its too dry & plain...
so i decided to try 5 egg whites mixed in with the tuna, added some pepper & about 2-3 teaspoons of oyster sauce & stuck it in a low heat pan with some olive oil...then mixed it in with the rice, which i already prepared earlier...
the tuna & egg whites took less than 2 mins to cook & it was fawwwwkin tasty, i was amazed with how good it was...best tasting quick high protein meal i had in ages...so i thought id share it with u guys, its definetly worth giving it a try
