i have never tried it...there doesnt seem to be anything that detramental to a diet in it. the only thing i can see is maybe a little bit high in sodium for a 6 ounce serving. If its for a snack, go ahead but dont plan on using it PWO because you would need to eat 12 oz to get a 40 g of protein. plus it wont be as easily absorbed as a whey protein powder would be.

The puddings taste pretty good. I have some on hand for those days the sweet tooth kicks in.

i believe his pudding products are made from soy protein isolate(personally i try to stay away from soy, because of its estrogen properties), but it also contains caseinate (slower digesting). If soy isnt a problem for you, then i hear it tastes good, and has 20g of protein, plus its pretty convenient.

Did you make a karate chop movement as you wrote that?

I didn't even know he had a line of products. Do they all contain GH or just the ones in Australia?

The protein pudding tastes ok. But it is expensive. You can make it at home a whole lot cheaper.

when you are making your pudding, add in a couple of scoops of your favorite protein. I will usually make chocolate pudding and mix it with chocolate protein powder On whey or whatever I have on hand. Tastes great.
