i don't see any advantage to drinking vitamin water during training and adding creatine. its not like the creatine will be giving you an added "energy boost." i think a common misconception is that when you take creatine it is used immediately to help fuel that days workout. If this were true, there would be no sense in a loading phase. Creatine takes time to be absorbed, its not like an NO product where you might feel it during a workout. just stick to taking your creatine pre and post workout. and i think vitamin water is a ripoff...just drink normal water and take a multivitamin everyday. |
