Hi guys dunno if this a myth or if this can really help. A couple of guys in the gym have told me and placed alot of emphasis that consumption of Marvel Dried semi skimmed milk powder (which you can find in any supermarket, well in the uk anyway)can really help in gaining mass when working out. Obviously you mix it water to make it into a glass of milk , you dont mouth down heaps of dry powder else you end up with inceredible dry mouth..lol.. So my question to you guys is is it true or is a myth. Have you guys tried this and have you noticed any additional gains through it.

Myth. Myth. Myth. There aren't any foods that are going to give you fantastic gains. Skim milk has much less butterfat than other types of milk, somewhere between 0-0.5 percent of its total calories.

So its mostly slow digesting protein and carbs. Nothing special.
