I've been downing every morning for almost a year 8 egg whites, sometimes i just add a bit of ham or a local curated meat called ''chorizo'' (pretty fatty btw) or eat it with a slice of bread... I know that in the muscle-building aspect i should be eating waaay more... So, any suggestions? Some oatmeal? Fruit? veggies?

chorizo or any sausage even chicken is LOADED in fat and ham isnt good for you either. eat your oats and egg whites maybe a little fruit if you want thats all you need in the morning. But decent size portions breakfast should be the largest meal of the day.
