hi, i started eating egg whites. everyday 4 egg whites.
could you tell what the benefits of this is and the disadvanatge ? thanks fazz, and what it provides, and any affect in long term or short? thanks again
eggs are good source of protein in the morning, and contain amino acids. they are perfect for breakfast, try to eat at least 6. whites contain no fat, and yolks contain the majority. you should mix in a whole egg every once and while, to get some fat.
I crack my eggs on a dish or something like that... Then I just pour the yolks out with a big spoon, but be sure to get the yolks, you don't want any precious whites going down the drain. Oh yeah, be sure to throw your yolks in the kitchen gutter, don't thrash them, if they rot they stink like hell.
the easiest way to eat the yolk is to boil the egg...the yolk becomes hard, sometimes even grayish. then you can just peel away throw it out and eat the whites. You can also eat alot more this way.

4? that aint nothing you gotta eat 8 6 g protein per egg white...good for you..perfect protein..
Also the expensive way because shipping is really high.
ok so explain this to me... if i just wanted to use regular eggs... i crack the egg open then what? do i eat the yellow part with the white/clear? or throw that part away.. and how would u eat it? raw? or cooked... or like.. .how?
