from Layne's Article, it looks like he suggests (i'm mixing his suggestions to fit my schedule)
(this is just my carbs)
15% of carbs upon waking
5% snacks during day
35% at 4:30pm ( I gym up at 6pm)
20% at the gym (probably 6:30-45)
25% after workout during recovery. 8pm.
This seems dangerous as most of my carbs are all in the last few hours of the day. Am I understanding this correct?
Also, if I focus on a protein shake and 15% carbs for breakfast, should I make my brunch and noon time meals basically 100% protien with vegetebles and fruits mixed in throughout the day? |
