I took GAKIC some months ago. Actually a year ago and i didn't notice ANYTHING!!! This isn't a thread to put down muscletech but merely a thread to discuss GAKIC. But every member is entitled to their opinion!!!

I got great results on cell-tech. it's the only muscletech product I have used though. My biggest beef with it though is excessive amounts of sugar. It has (I think) double the creatine content per serving from most other choices.

To tell the truth i thought that muscle tech was the best brand. In my first 2 years all i ever took was muscle tech products.... Cell tech and nitro tech work. But for their money... Forget about it! And not the expected results either!!!

If you compare the actual content (like the creatine content) of the cell-tech and another creatine supplement on the same shelf you end up paying just about the same per gram.
