Hey guys, I'm currently doing tihs type of dieting, but I feel that it may be a little off. Maybe it's just cause it's a little different than what I'm used to...help is appreciated.

Wake: 10:00
Breakfast done by 10:30 [Turkey Burger and Raisin Bran]
Pre Lift- 20 g Protein, 20 g carbs [rice cakes] OR powerbar
Post Lift- 110 grams carbs [white rice], 45 grams whey with flax seed oil
Post Workout Meal- Turkey Sandwich and yogurt abuot an hour after post lift shake
"Dinner"- Since I have NO time to eat at work, I take True Mass by BSN
Snack- About two and a half hours later I take 40 g protein, 40 g carbs with whey and a powerbar
Late night snack while at work [11:30 or so], Fruit and 1 dose of whey....I can actually eat a bit something here if it slows down
Bed: Casein

Your thoughts. As you can see, there is no lunch...but does my postworkout meal double as both, because every two -three hours i'm having protein to keep a good nitrogen balance, so is lunch necessary

I go to bed around 2, wake at 10.

a couple questions 1 are you cutting, bulking or maintaining? 2. is that just a turkey burger or is there a bun involved?

Personally I would eliminate the turkey burger all together and have egg whites. because of the aminos in the eggs. unless you are supplementing with aminos already. Its very important that your initial meal of the day consist of protein, amino acids, and complex carbs.

It also seems like you are supplementing with alot of whey instead of getting in some whole foods. I understand that you are at work and it is much easier to drink a shake but eating food is always better then having a shake.

also you late night snack i would replace the fruit and whey with some veggies and chicken. If you have time to eat fruit you have time to scarff down a premade chicken breast and a cup of broccoli.

HD - You're worse than me on the veg front! I think you should ad low sod V8 as well as some veg servings in there somewhere.

Believe me, they're not as 'easy' as what you're getting now, but you need that fiber & the anti-oxidants, bro.

I'm bulking in the sense that I'm not cutting.

I eat 94% fat free turkey burger, no bun, and i really don't love eggs (but i do supplement with bcaa's, or at least i'm gunna once they arrive from shipping).

I like the idea of some chicken instead of fruit, i just assumed it was too late for chicken at night like that.

I'll do some chicken and some kind of veggie, even if its just carrots? is that good?

I actually love carrots, but they are like higher than refined sugar on the glycemic index scale.

Add in tons of peppers, brocolli, asparagus, and green leafy vegs. They don't add much in bulk, but they are loaded with goodies & add variety to the mix.

asparagus and other greens like salad take more calories to burn than they are themselves, plus loaded in water. you can eat those as late as night right?

heyday, we should check with the Freak on this (or look at layne's sticky or fmoncos log), but I think that you can eat the fibrous carbs in any amounts, at any time. I think their benefits actually outweigh any portential detriments all the way around. Too bad I don't care for them so much, and am usually so full from all the other stuff that I can tell my self "I don't have room"
