Not really sure where this thread belong but anyone know how to get rid of bloating? In the morning when I have my oatmeal and after my post workout shake I get really bloated. Its not that big of the deal its just kinda annoying. Anyway just curious if this happens to anyone else or if anyone out there know how to solve this problem.

Do you get plenty of fiber in your diet? Try some oatmeal or corn.

This will not necessarily help the bloating but it helps you from feeling full.

You will eat more cold food than hot. Not only is this documented in my nutrition textbook but I use it every day. I let all of my food get cold.

Actually I get bloated in the morning when i eat my oatmeal. also I get plenty of fiber naturally from my diet but I also take fiber pills daily

The best suggestion I can give you is to eat it cold. I just ate a bowl warm to try out this theory specifically with oatmeal. I ate the first bowl warm and I feel full and crappy. In comparison I can easily eat 2 cups cold in one sitting and have no problem eating more.

Try it out and let me know if it works for you.
