I would like some help to know if the diets published in magazines like FLEX or M&F are really designed for average gym dudes. People keep sayin' me it's insane for me to eat that much protein and my kidneys will burst. I am currently following a diet by flex, so I am just curious about how effective are these diets.

well i'm 19, i weight about 175 lbs with 9% bodyfat and i'm about 5'5''

sorry, my typical diet is,
breakfast. 10 egg whites
snack: 2 scoops whey protein
lunch: 4oz roast beef 4 slices lo-fat american cheese
snack: 6 chicken wings
preworkout: 1 scoop whey protein
postworkout: 2scoops whey protein
dinner: 8oz chicken breast 2 cups salad
nighttime snack: 8ox lo-fat cottage cheese.

DIET...???
alot of stuff in magazines are full of shit anyway...but im intrigued to know what exactly u are eating. if its a diet in flex that jay or ronnie is allegedly recommending then its way too much for the average bbder
