Today I bought the new MD and saw toney freeman. Unbelievably shredded!!! He said that he dietd the Palumbo way. Little to no carbs. Protein and EFA'S. I have been reading about this style and starting tomorrow, iam gonna try it... I think I will be seeing quicker and better results. In case anyone asks, iam not even remotely worried about losing muscle. During my first diet 2 years ago I ate about 30 grams of carbs per day and i still didn't lose any strength and the diet was normal (though i only got to see the outlines of my abs). This year I want to be totally peeled!! I do cardio 4 times a week first thing in the morning 40 mins. In about 2 weeks i will be doing 2 times per day even at weekends when my semester ends. I can go to the gum 3 times total in one day, no problem. Have done it before.

ok, thanks for the tip, i will be on the lookout for that. But i have been reading about this kind of dieting for some time now and i think i know enough to try it.... having said that, i would like to find out how many grams of fat and carbs are contained in 100 grams of peanuts. I will be eating about a cup in one day plus some olive oil.

not worried about the mental mess up either. As i told you have gone very low in the past with no fat and tolerated it pretty well... Plus, i know what to expect by now...i think... lol

Here in greece the doctors don't even condone the use of a protein powder... Bodybuilding is TOTALLY underground. If i hadn't found MD and the dungeon i would literally quessing what to do... But i am in the process of finding a good sports doctor. Just have to look thoroughly and carefully so he or she can understand what i am doing.

actually i have started it as of today. just not combined with weights or cardio. Feel ok, nothing funny. But i will be on the lookout for anything suspicious. After all, I believe this diet is kind like atkins, just has you eating healthy fats instead of all this junk fat. BBers that follow it are' palumbo (of course!), freeman and the new guy evan centopani. they all swear by it.
