i dont care about how much calories i eat....
i care about how much carbs and proteins i eat each day
like now in the off-season i eat nearlly 1000 grams of proteins and carbs ...
try to eat every 2-3 hours, and between meals protein bars.. also the fruits is very important for the body and energy, so try to eat some.

thats alot of food... you must have a fast metabolism to need to eat that many meals per day

u have like jay cutler he eats 8-12 meals per day.
as more yur body gets bigger as more u can eat !
