I just wanted to ask if i can drink the bottled water contrex when Iam dieting. The label says it's 99,8% water but it has some other stuff in it. It says they are sweeteners and it also says it has about 0,4 calories/100 ml. Nothing else. No carbs no fat no nothing. Must i be concerned about hidden sugars?
dont touch it...so many artifitial flavourings & other shit in it...stick to normal water bro

i read this book about all these toxins that get into ur body and how...aspartame is soo bad for you...along with tap water and the guy said even showering without pure water is...and certain types of lighting...anything u can think of

drinking light cokes can also give u cancer... about anything can give u cancer.... but u have to live a little unhealthy, cause what is most unhealthy; not showering to avoid cancer, or to shower and maybe be the one individual on earth that does get cancer from it??
