Okay, so i have one week left on my cutting phase, and i am pretty happy with the results.

Just to prepare myself for somewhat of a maintenance phase i had a question for some of you guys out there...opinions welcome

Postworkout: obviously i take my 2 scoops ON 100% Whey, with 5g creatine mono. Usually I drink 10 ounces of apple juice for the creatine as well. The 10 ounces of juice is only 34g of carbs. During my cutting phase I did not want any more than this post workout, as i wanted to keep under my total daily allowance of carbs. However, since i am going to start a maitenance type phase for a few weeks, i know it's recommended to have 60-100grams simple carbs post workout. Can I just drink a little gatorade along with the apple juice for my simple carbs?

You want 50-75g of med-high carbs every 2 hours until you have had 500g. I would prefer white bread/white rice.

500 grams for the day your saying?

considering i was taking in only 180 the past few weeks for cutting, wouldn't 500 almost be to the point of bulking again?

Well if you are on a cut, no probably not. That is just to totally fill your glycogen stores. Just disregard that right now, keep it in long term memory.

I would prefer white rice/white bread for your pwo carbs. Just make sure that your pwo meal is not the last of the day. Sorry for the confusion.

Maybe he's on vacation..? I haven't seen him in the last few days when I am on. He is good at getting back to people though.
