Okay, so i have one week left on my cutting phase, and i am pretty happy with the results.
Just to prepare myself for somewhat of a maintenance phase i had a question for some of you guys out there...opinions welcome
Postworkout: obviously i take my 2 scoops ON
100% Whey, with 5g creatine mono. Usually I drink 10 ounces of apple juice for the creatine as well. The 10 ounces of juice is only 34g of carbs. During my cutting phase I did not want any more than this post workout, as i wanted to keep under my total daily allowance of carbs. However, since i am going to start a maitenance type phase for a few weeks, i know it's recommended to have 60-100grams simple carbs post workout. Can I just drink a little gatorade along with the apple juice for my simple carbs?
