fair points made but i never miss a meal...& if you are out on the road & u dont happen to have brought anything prepared with u & all your friends are munching on KFC...id be pissed, i would have a whole family bucket to myself...when bulking or maintenance dont miss a meal...
on a diet water will do & u can affort to miss a meal
