You don't want to lose more than 2lbs/wk or you will lose large amounts of muscle which is counter productive to your fat burning goal.

Listed in order of importantance:

1. Diet 2. Cardio 3. Supplements

Check out Layne's pre-contest article in the nutrition sticky section and ask questions AFTER you have read it.

If you want it fast you are in the wrong sport. Simple as that.

This may be a conversion issue, but not only is loosing 8" by summer an unobtainable goal (unless you live on the asteroid formerly known as the planet Pluto - which has MUCH longer years than we have), but having a 26" waist is not healthy for a male that has reached puberty. As a matter of fact, I would think it would be impossible, without liposuction and removal of several ribs.

Listen to the Freak!

And plan ahead for next summer.

But now you don't need to starve yourself to join the likes of Victoria Beckham, Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Ritchie on the farther reaches of emaciation. The latest celebrity diet secret makes the fat melt away without anyone having to lift a finger - or a stick of celery. It is called Clenbuterol, it is the new weight-loss wonder drug, and it is rapidly becoming the axis on which Planet Zero spins.
A Quote, its how models reach size zero

clenbuterol will incinerate fat...but it wont bring your waist down to 26", unless u thinkin bout wearing a corssett...

42lbs in 4 months is a reasonable weight gain on gear but atleast 20 of that will be water & fat...winstrol puffs u up, & u
