Hey guys does this sound reasonable for my daily intake?

Today:
Fat- 137g
Carbs- 182g
Fiber- 8g
Protien- 261g
Total Cals- 3078

let me knwo what yall think.

Woah, woah, I hope your kidding about the fat. Thats way, way, way too much fat. Your fat consumption should be somwhere around 15-25 percent of your total caloric intake. Is that for a bulk or something? Whatever it is, too much fat.

We'll presume your a Ectomorph from your pics.....your 160 lbs weight, therefore totaly calories for maintaince = 2640.

We'll round that to 3000 to bulk up.

Protein = ~ 225g = 900 calories

Fat = 24% of 3000 = 720 calories = 80g

Calories from carbs = 3000-(900 + 720) = 1380 = 345g


i did that in 2 minute dude from laynes sticky thingy.......man i hope i'm right!

lower protein a bit & definetly lower that fat...for guys the maximum amount of saturated fat u can handle a day is 30g, fat overall intake should not consist of more than 90g...lower that shit bro

try 1g, 1.5g at the most of protein per lb body weight & 2g carbs for now...keep fat to a minimum, only eat enough fat that you'd need for the day bro

I dont think this is really my intake i was just asking if it sounded reasonable because im using this fitday.com thing were i put in all i eat and it tells me all of that, but i dont think its totally acurate. Especial comming from all the replys i am getting lol

nah, thats bs bro...i prolly eat more than anyone here & even i dont put away that much fat in one day...some sites are bollocks.

a site i came across a while ago, cant remember what it was, i did my body calculations on it. it done my my BMI, by me giving BW, BF, & height...etc also asking how many calories u eat & stuff, & wether u can touch your thumb & middle finger when u wrap your hands around your wrist.

at the time i was around 240lbs & less than 7%bf, & it still came up as me being endomorphic...WTF BS, bro

Thats cos BMI is done by taking the average weight of the population at each height, so your average dude on the street @ 5' 8 in height is gonna be a fat bastard at 240 pounds....it's doesn't take muscle to fat ratios into account at all. For 'normal' people it is a good indicator but i remember putting ronnie colemans stats into it once & he came out clinically obese!

EDIT: i re read your post....i thought BMI has just 2 varibles...height & weight?
