If someone was on a weight gain diet, what would they eat on a non-training day? There would be fewer calories burned on that day, so should that person not have to eat as much?

dat is prolly cos he eats lik 800carbs a day...i eat less dan half on a non trainin days, but i spose its how ur body reacts to dat carb intake...lol i dnt do evryfin my bro does, its 2 demandin lmao
