Not sure if it is something that occurs with all gyno but there will be a lump of tissue just behind the nipple. It will start small but it can develop quickly.

Some guys get it through puberty, its the formation of breast tissue in a man basically. It either goes away by itself in some cases or needs surgery.
I'm just not sure how it feels. Like if It felt like a womans breast someone would tell me "like sandbags". But I don't know if it feels like sandbags or not.

i noticed something behind my nipple, but thanks to this topic i remembered about it, i was just curious because im not sure if it is fat, im all natural, but i dont really like my nipples being a lil puffy, but i think in my case it might just be because of a slightly higher bf% that ive never experienced before.
when your nips start getting puffy is the start of it

^ oo ok, hmmmm. anyone have any pictures that show good examples?when i used the word puffy, i think that might have been wrong, they dont come out as much etc, maybe i should get it checked out, both nipples are the same.

(Seriously though, if anybody has pictures stored, or a link to pictures of gyno in different stages of development (and/or the aftermath) it would probably be a good post for guys with similar concerns as well as for guys who aren't paying attention to the issue.)

gyno is serious...u need to know about it, so u can catch it early before anything does develope...especially if u are taking gear, or if u drink excessive amounts of alcohol
