personally I wake up take BCAA's, synepherine, and green tea. before I eat then 30mins later I have 6 eggwhites 1/3 cup oats w/ cinnamon and a scoop of
ON whey (that changes cause I am carb cycling.) With my breakfast I take milk thistle,multi vit, vit E,C, and anti-oxident formla, and efa's.
So right away I am filling my body with amino in the form of supps and whole foods (the egg whites are loaded!) and complex cards to get my day going!!
Oh almost forgot i have a cup of black coffee with a little cinnamon in it as well
