are you eating whole eggs or whites? I would go with 6 egg whites the aminos are good for you in the monring to get you out of that catabolic state. also your only getting 4 meals in there try to get atleast 5 6 would be better.

to give you an idea of the amount of macro's you need here is a little guidline.

Start by examining your protein intake. You will need 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of lean bodyweight KEY WORD LEAN BODYWEIGHT NOT TOTAL BODY WEGHT spread throughout the day over as many meals as possible. Count 4 calories for every gram of protein. You will need 1.4 to 1.8 grams of Carbohydrates per pound. Count 4 calories per gram there as well and 10-15 percent of your diet should consist of clean fats (olive oil, flaxseed oil, ...) at 9 calories per gram. That should give you an approximate idea of what you are ingesting.

also find out you resting metabolic rate (how many calories you burn in a day) if you ingest less calories then you burn you WILL lose weight.

Well, you're the bad-ass right? Well, then i'm sure you know what you are doing and have made up your own mind what you're gonna do...so do it. Not a morning person...PFFFFTT...And by the way...your diet looks like hell, you're eating like 1500 calories and you're 270 lbs. Brilliant move. and it's INput, not IMput, and you mean to tell me you have no control over what you're going to eat for dinner? yeah, man...GOOD LUCK!

the fact is you ask for input but at the end of your post you say IM NOT A MORNING PERSON...well you should be changing your attitude as well as your diet.your not going to look good unless you change the attitude that made you look bad and made you 270 in the first place.

you want to lose weight and look better?
get your ass up early, and work at it.

cook did give you some good advice...heres a little more

best time to do cardio...MORNING
you said after you workout you have protein OR dinner?
the best thing would be to have a postworkout shake...ON 100% whey is the best.
then about 60-90 mins later eat dinner

finally...i dont know what time you go to bed...but if your last meal is after working out say around 6...thats way to long to go without food. If you wake up at 7 thats over 12 hours w/o food. have another small meal a few hours after dinner, preferably low carb. as well, invest in some caseinate protein before bed time...that way your body doesnt go hours without food while you sleep

look man how old are you because all you should do is train hard and there is no way you are surviving on that diet. I say balance your meals better and take up some boxing classes for your cardio. See what happens in 4 weeks

I'm dieting people, i get pissed very quickly during the last 4 weeks till my comp...so bare with me now...I'm dying over here. Alright BA-Forever, I've done this whole diet thing a thousand times and lemme tell you dieting is by far the hardest thing you will do in your short lifetime. It's not as simple as, "hey, i'm going to go on a diet and look good" it doesn't work like that. Change is incremental and it takes time. That out of the way, here are some pointers...1. Cardio every single day for at least 30 minutes. 2. Eat more meals throughout the day and consume 45 grams of protein per meal if you're eating 6 times a day or 40 grams if you are going to eat 7-8 times a day. Consume your carbs (oatmeal, barley, quinoa, sweet potatoes) in the morning, before lifting, and after lifting. Cut-off carbs after your post workout. Eat your dinner(carb free) and then wait 2 hours and do your cardio. After cardio take in a protein shake with some added EFA's or All natural P.B. or Almond butter. Also, if preserving mass is an absolute then consider adding in BCAA's. Also Vegetables are your best friends so make sure you ingest about 1-2servings with most of your meals.
Sample Diet would look like this:

Meal one...2 cups of Quinoa-6 eggwhites, and 1 protein shake w/ 1 scoop.

meal 2...2-3 servings of steamed brocolli w/ 6-7 oz. of chix Breast.

Meal 3...Same as above

Meal 4...1 large Sweet potato w/ 8 oz. of Top Round Roast

Workout

Post-Workout...Protein shake w/ 2 scoops and 1/2 cup of cherries.

Dinner-Chix/Fish 6-7 oz. with 2 servings of brocolli

Before bed- 2 cups of cottage cheese-2 tbps of Almond butter. Take BCAA's.
