however, the general perception is that you should be a rather decent bf% to use them. i know a similar product that many people have used successfully but they were 13% bf and below.

just keep in mind that creams/fat burners never can take the place of a good diet and cardio

This section screams out SCAM.

First: "The World’s Most Advanced Fat Loss Formula " How many places have you heard say this?

Second: "Ab-Solution Plus™ can be applied twice daily to the abdominals, hips, glutes, thighs and arms which may help to breakdown fat and increase skin tone and muscle definition."

No where in the site article does it say it will help you shed fat. It says it is designed to breakdown fat, it may help to breakdown fat. The whole thing sounds like a scam.

If it sounds like a penis pill commerical, it probably is a penis pill commercial.

Mason, get your diet together, supplements won't do anything for you if you don't have a iron clad diet. Supplements are meant to be added into a diet.

I have to disagree with you slightly. yes i dont believe topical creams work. however there are substances you can put on your skin that will cause you to sweat more and lose more weight when cutting.

My friend has been boxing for a long time (hes fighting in the olympics) he know what hes doing. when he has to drop weight for a fight he uses this stuff called "ABILENE" its a type of soap that doesnt require water to be rinsed off. Its for removing womans make up. Anyways he puts his all over his cheat,arms,and legs then does cardio or puts on his sweat suit and sits in the sauna. By the time he is done he is pouring sweat...I know a few boxers who do this. Everyone at his gym swears by it.

But as far as some miracle cream your going to rub on and lose weight while playing xbox360 not going to happen. otherwise it would cost $1000 an ounce...

I didn't mean to make it seem like I was talking about all topical creams, my rant was more focused on that one cream.

Increasing your body temperature by using abilene and a sweatshirt is going to mean your body is going to expend more calories through the thermo effect. And thats all good and well because it works. But ab-solution sounds really fishy.

The way they are marketing Ab-solution sounds like every other "miracle" drug. They don't really say what it will do. They say what its designed to do and what it may help to do, and companies that do that, do it to avoid getting sued.

There are certain gels and creams that do work, androgel for example for testosterone replacement.

Cook - I don't think that ABILENE is removing any fat. Especially the way that you describe his use of it. He is sweating down to weight (just like a wrestler would). What comes off (in the sweat) is water, not fat.

It may still get you to the weight that you need to be to qualify for your targetted weight class, (IF you were close to begin with, sort of like what JL stated elsewhere).

As for T_R. LMAO! I'm reading your post and actually felt the emotion behind it. Your comparison to the penis pills is a perfect anology.

yeah thats what i was saying he is using it to make weight. not to actually remove fat. but it is still dropping his poundage
