Does anyone have any good recipes? I like to eat as clean as possible, but if I have to eat another plate of chicken, brown rice, and broccoli I am going to shoot myself in the face. So any ideas about what to add or do so I can still eat clean, while not eating boring as hell will be appreciated.

I buy the ground turkey meat in a vacuum sealed container...about 1 1/4 lbs of it..put olive oil and spices in a large pan..add the turkey and vegetables of choice..usually 1lb frozen broccoli..cooks up in about 10 minutes makes 2 servings..

Ace - I used to eat ground turkey all the time. I switched to very lean ground beef a while back. With ground turkey, you're getting over half of the total calories from fat! You can get ground beef with 1/2 the fat of the turkey product & it has a lot more flavor! IMO

I'm not sure I've seen the 99% turkey. I'll have to look. I just made up a big vat of vegetable meat sauce with 93% beef though.

I am so full, I think I may pop. I must look like a big blue tick about to fall off of a mangy dog's back.
