hey guys, i was just wondering whether its okay to mix different types of lean meats in one meal. eg, for my second meal today (after workout) i had a sandwich with chicken, and then had another with fish. is this okay to have different sources of proteins in one meal (cause ive heard that apparently its not)? thanks guys

i cant think of anything wrong with that... granted they are both lean. It would probably be better then just having one type because each kind of meat has a different profile of amino acids. So by mixing meat u would get a greater variety of amino acids then if u were just to have one kind of meat. Just out of curiosity, whats the arguement against having multiple types of meats??
