Hey guys new here,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some help on a good diet. Nothing I do seems to work, to drop the remaining weight I want to drop. I am 5' 9" tall and I am at 226 lbs. I have been lifting of and on since I was 15. I ve been back at it hard and heavy for about 6 months now. My best shape was 230 lbs 10% bf. I caint seem to get the right foods at the right time now. I even switched from 4-6 meals aday to 3 meals. No breakfast, salad and tuna for lunch. Post workout shake, then a good dinner. I was eating 6 eggs for breakfast, 1 can tuna at 0930 salad for lunch with chicken, postworkout protein, steak and veggies for dinner and turkey at 2100. That stopped working so Ive switched it up. I want to get down to 185-195 lbs. Please help. Thanks |
