i get up at 7.00 a.m for work then have my 1st meal, usually cereal, and a whey protein shake.
then i have my second meal at 10:00 am, i have 3 sandwich's with chicken, turkey or tuna.
my 3rd meal is at 12:30 i usually have the same again 3 sanwichs and some fruit.
my 4th meal is always whey protein about half hour before the gym with creatine, this is about 4:30.
after training i have whey protien and creatine again 7:00. then at 9:30 i have scrambled egg and whey protein before bed.

thats a lot of whey, oh jasus feeling sick thinkin about it! But your on the right track dont put yourself down to much, though id suggest something like chicken or steak with brown rice for your 9 o'clock feed, something more solid like! try oats & egg whites for breakie!

Btw bulking & shedding fat at the same time is next to impossible to do, its one or the another i'm afraid. You'll need to work out how much calories you need to take in a day & go plus or minus about 500 depending on which you want to do. An absolute great read is layne norton's contest prep sticky in the nutrition section, it doesnt matter if your not preparing for a contest its just a great resource about nutrition, how to break up your calories between protein, carbs & fat etc, check it out! (i only discovered it recently & twas like a moment of epiphany!)
