My name is Randy and I have been an ectomorph from day one. I started lifting weights in high school at a weight of 135lbs and graduated high school at 150lbs and through hard training and a sound nutrition plan have reached just over 210lbs in less than 3 years from graduating high school.

For an ectomorph style body or anyone that feels they are a hardgainer sometimes putting on weight can seem impossible, and trust me I know! Anyone can call themselves a hard gainer but the reality is if you put anyone in the right environment they CAN gain muscle. I am a certified personal training and owner of Progressive Training.(Will have our website up soon) Through the years of experimenting different diets on myself as well as other clients I feel I have created an awesome system for someone who posseses an ectomorph somatype or anyone looking to put on LBM. I have gotten numerous clients and my family(brother) from the 150lbs and under mark to over 190lbs in a matter of just a year or two and have just recently finished gettting a client who started at 163lbs at a height of 6' 1" to over 200lbs in less than 7 months and trust me the kid is still as lean or leaner than he was when he started. I am offering my services in nutrition and allowing 2 members here at BBD to try my nutrition plan free of charge for 4-6 weeks. Why do I say 4-6 weeks? Well, in 100% of my clients I have used my progressive nutrition plan on, put on between 3-15lbs in the 4-6 week period and usually need to be reevaluted and the nutrition plan usually changed. My normal charge for setting up a nutrition plan like the one I am offering for free cost between $69-$109, why the range? I deal with alot of people in this industry that are either going to school and can not pay for the charges some people ask which usually is double if not triple what I charge. I do this because I was a college student and I know what it is like to be strapped with tuition, book, food, and a ton of other costs.

The first TWO people to email me at progressivetraining@yahoo.com will get a nutrition plan for FREE! I will work with each of the clients for 4-6 weeks and I encourage them to post their results. My diet plan is ONLY for serious people that will give it 100%. Anyone else that is interested In trying my nutrition plan I encourage you to email me.
Everyone have an awesome day and keep training hard!
