honestly, i think given your younger kinda age and the fact ur probably not competing this year, just adding some kinda a flavored creamer which has real sugar in it isnt going to throw your body into a tailspin and start spewing out body fat everywhere. its always good to stay in the habit of being aware of what ur taking in being as cautious as possible about how much simple sugar u take in. but if u are only drinking a couple cups of coffee a day, u might as well enjoy them...try some of the different flavors that Coffee-Mate has..
