well Cyclone works good, and it only has like 3g of creatine , i had used it to gain some lean muscle , and it worked i gained 23lbs on it over four months , and i feel great , now i just started to take the two seperatly i take creatine and protein and i gained over 4lbs in one week , so i am not really sure is it bc of me loading or just that the work better sepertly , u have to decide what u want and what works best for u bro

u need to figure out what is best for u... that is probablythe only true answer we can give... the rest of the answers would be what worked for us, and that might not work for u...
