I am currently at 242 and i need to get down to around 200 by august 11 so i can join the army. I started working out about 3 month ago when i weighed 257 and was hella weak. i tried lipo 6 but it messed me up . and i am currently taking n.o. explode and it works great! i work out pretty religiously. i do cardio every day (at least try to) but it just isnt working well the weight just stays on and i just loose confidence. i also want to be strong in muscle and mind. my current bench is 185(2x). i should be able to do my own weight but i broke my strenum playing football and it hurts to lift. my stomach is the worst. i just want to know is anyone has advice or something motavting to say

Well your diet doesnt seem to be filled with junk, do u have a carb up day? When I diet I seem to respond well when I have 6 days low carb and one day high carb. Even with low carb I still consume some carbs, but the protein is much higher. You lost 15lbs in 3 months, thats not horrible at all imo, it averages out to 5 lbs a month so dont be discouraged, keep working hard and try tweaking your workouts and diet a bit. In terms of lifting when did you break your sternum and what exercises can you do at this point?

If ur body doesnt get enough food it'll gain weight also, and if a mile is the best you can do just keep pushing, little by little build on that. Try also days where you do sprints and maybe line drills instead of distance, mix it up a bit.

when you join the army you are going to be running at least 3 - 4 miles per day so no that is not enough cardio. if you cant run the entire time try slowing down or try other cardio equipment until you can. I was in the army and we arn ike crazy in basic. also when you join your weight does not matter its your bodyfat so try to monitor that. you have plenty of time get ready so just take it one day at a time and no matter what dont give up. you can do it, I was very fat before I joined the army and the weight came off quick from all the running in basic.

my bro is in the navy, and even they got alot of running to do....but i was out of shape...try cycling or stationary bike...it builds leg strentgh as well...then work your way up to jogging and running...eating breakfast is the best thing u can do!....get a ceareal with protein in it as well as carbs (obviosuly) so it fills you up until your next meal so you dotn snack....eat more fruits and veggies....drink plenty of water....mix water with lemon juice...its a natural fat burner...and drink 2 cups of green tea to boost ur metabolism.....if u do all this....you will get in shape in no time
