I'm really surprised that 40 views were tracked on this thread already and no one has answered! Those aren't really good to use to be honest. And a meal replacement powder will already have carbs in it so you can't control exactly what type of carbs they are and unless it says they digest slow or fast you won't really know. (I'm assuming thats what you mean by mrp means, if i'm right not correct me)
Oatmeal will slow down your digestion, which isn't good for post workout. Pretzels aren't the most health consious food to be eating after a workout either. You would be better off with white potatoes, a cranberry or grape fruit juice, white rice. You don't need a large portion either especially with a meal replacement drink.
