i have a PhysEd degree n ive never used it, nows my chance LOL.
he'd b ok to do all of that like HIGH REPS at light weights n with the right breathing exercises, but don't get him to hold his breath like wot many ppl do. keep the heavy weights away from him. it's all good with doing exercises that consists of his body weight
ie, chins
push ups etc:
keep to weightless deadlifts & squats
stick to a simple circuit till u think he's ready to move on to bigger & better things
