Hey guys
Trying to develop a good cutting diet as im looking to loose about 10-15 kg but wanna retain as much muscle as i can.
Im currently 105kg, 6ft and 15% bf and havre a daily calorie intake requirement of around 3200 .
Below is what ive worked out, any critism and advice would be appreciated, thanks

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

7am -
2/3 cup oats
w soy milk (250ml)

9am -
3 eggs (boiled)
Fruit, 1-2 pieces (pineapple, apples, pear or grapes usually)

11.30am -
200g Lunch meat (ham,chicken,turkey)
Salad

2.30pm -
100g tuna
1/2 cup brown rice

4.30pm -
250g Chicken (boiled)

6.30pm -
250g Beef or fish
200g mixed vegies

8pm -
200g cottage cheese

Totals -
Calories = 2603, Protein = 267g, Carbs = 155, Fat = 81
w carrot,tomato or cucumber

Im going to try using a carb cycle so doing 2 days of the above diet then having 1 day of a higher carb diet. The high carb day is similar to the one above except has bout another 100g of carbs and 600 calories which i derive from sweet potato, pumpkin, brown rice and oats.

My stats are pretty cose to yours less a couple of inches and my personal opinion would be to decraese the fat a little and increase the protein and carbs to average around 2700 calories. I like to have between 300 and 350 grams of protein a day and cycle my carb days 3 low 2 high. It seems to be working for me.
