I really wanna loose this stomach i have(im not really fat its just kina flat) and get a 6 pack atleast. ive tried alot of cardio work but that alone wont do it. ive been trying for ever to get one but dieting is the hardest part, im completley dedicated to my workouts.(I do crunches and ab workouts like crazy!)

this is some of the stuff i consume during the day..

im in love with cereal so i usually have one or the other every other day or so
Captn Crunch
Frosted Flakes
Corn flakes(this ones probably the healthier one of the two)

I everynow and then buy some of those "Chewy" bars
supposedly theyre good for you


i drink milk as much as i breathe air(that includes the nesquick chocolate milk)

i eat sunny side eggs in the mornings usually(or nothing at all)

I eat pizza alot too
I love eating chicken, all kinds(most)

and those Monster energy drinks, theyre really addicting.
i have a crappy habbit of drinking lots of dr pepper,coke,pepsi etc...but during school i always have a bottleof water with me.

i tend to have a bad habbit of eating at night, but its nothing i cant control..

What things should i cut down on, and what other things should i go out and buy that are good to eat.

i dont eat fruits too often but i love apples, oranges, watermelons, pineapple etc.

Im not to fond of eating most vegetables but my mom makes this awesome food sometimes for dinner, and its mostly made up of all vegetables, however it is kina oily, i can get the recipe if needed

(ANY THING BUT FISH!!!!, i cant even put fish near mymouth with out me puking)

i have a pretty good metabolism i can lose weight pretty easily and gain weight even easier(unlike some who can eat a buffet and not gain an ounce)

Oh and a while back i took some pills called hydroxy cut, yeah they worked cuz i lost like 15 pounds in a week or two, but it didnt quite workout the way i wanted it to, i lost much more than i wanted so im probably gonna stay off those


any suggestions are greatly appreciated im willing to try anything to get my damn 6 pack showing for this summer(only 2 months left of school ahhhhhh!!)

(now again this isnt what i eat everyday, this is some of the stuff i eat often and that are probably bad for me)

sigh.....your diet is shit. Try porridge & fruit for breakfast. Drink only water & low fat milk. Don't bother with bars. Only eat pizza maybe once a week as a cheat day meal. If you need something to eat during the day i'd suggest sandwichs- brown bread, cheese & meat(ham, chicken turkey etc). One of your 'meals' could be a protein shake. Just basically clean it up!

Which regards doing ab work 'like crazy' thats the wrong approach. Abs are a muscle group like every other so treat it like one. Stick to 8-12 reps which means doing weighted movements. I.e. sit ups with a db or a plate held to your chest etc. (also weighted legs raises are good.)

this would be awesome if u wanted to get rid of a sixpack. cut down on everything and eat proteins, polysaccharid carbos, cut down on sodium and stay away from pizza... and crunch!

Thanks man ill do my best to not drink soda its basically an addiction, you mentioned eating ham-chicken turkey etc.. i love subway and their sandwiches are awesome, they taste good and they SEEM healthy i eat that quite alot too. would you recomend me eating those?

ill have to try hard to stay away from crunch xD were the othey 2 okay to eat? Corn flakes and Frosted Flakes?

crunch is an exercise...*| u would recommend wholegrain bread and dont eat turkey and chicken from fast food.. the grill the meat in a sort of fat called transfat, and it is veryt dangerous...

Make a log of what you eat. You'll have to start cutting things out that aren't nessecary for your body such as:

Captain Crunch(thats a no no)
Cornflakes (Replace this with old fashioned non instant oatmeal)
Nesquick(Useless calories and make sure you drink 1 percent fat milk)
Pizza(This is the worst of it all, greasy, high carb, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO)
