The yellow part in the middle is referred to as the "yoke" and it contains cholesterol. The white part of the egg contains the protein. Mostly eat egg whites but an occasional whole egg is fine.

Do you mean the right amount of whole eggs?

Cholesterol is supposed to be kept less than 300mg/day.

there are 90mg of cholesterol per 100g egg, so that means u cant eat more than about 300g egg each day to keep under 300mg cholesterol...

If you don't have a cholesterol problem, you shouldn't be too suspicious with cholesterol.
So one or two whole eggs a day is just fine (when you live by a varied and healthy diet of course) the really healthy stuff is in the yoke, the whites are just water and proteïn.

greetings
Kim
