u muscles are build 3/4 from water , and thats why u need it , wehn u drink water it helps u to get biger , i drink about 1 gallon per day , water also speeds up u metabolizm , so i would say that u start drinking for good results , once u start u get ajusted to the idea and it seems normal after couple days , i dont know if u knew this but once u feel thirsty u are allready dehydreted, so drink up!
