hi guys just wondering as a last meal b4 bed is it ok to have a tuna or egg whites while cutting and being 3 weeks out. cheers

I have never heard of someone cutting who drinks low-fat milk before going to bed. Where did you hear that?? Thats a lot of sugar to put in your body. Not sure why you would want to spike insulin before your body shuts down for 8 hours.

I think that egg whites or tuna would be a much better meal prior to sleeping.

if your sleeping for 8 hours or so and your not eating anything else then its a good idea because if you raise insulin levels only slightly with it and your not eating anything else then nothing can happen.. and the body doesent totaly shut down. it still has to keep you breathing, heart beat, ect and its using all the protien and calcium from the milk

I take 35g ON 100% Casein Protein (water not milk) + 3g Fish Oils just b4 bed
Otherwise just go for 200g low fat cottage cheese + fish oils

As far as food goes thats fine. You could also eat say 3 hours before bed, then on a relatively empty stomach to some Arginine this may help to promote more growth hormone.

i eat a lot of polysaccharid carbs and some protein before going to bed... no supplements...
