Ok so this is what info i can give you. Im 6foot, 193lbs, 18years old. Im currently trying to bulk and gain as much muscle as i can in the next five months. I work out four-five times a week depending on how im feeling. Im currently in college and can only eat what the caffateria has... And i can only get in four meals a day. Seeing that im there on a baseball scholarship and the coaches wont let you have a job to make some money. So i cant go out and buy healthy food to eat. So i was wondering if some one has a link that can help me figure out what foods i should eat from the mess hall lol.

Also i calculated the amount of calories i need per work out day and it was roughly 4250... My question is what percent or my cal should come from protein/carbs/fats. I was under the impression that it was 50%protein/30% Carbs/20%Fats? Or possibly i have it wrong. Any help would be appreciated...

Suplements im currently taking are as follows:
Multi Vit
(I get the following free from a friend who works at a nutrition store)
Bsn-Nitrix
Bsn-NoXplode
Bsn-Cell Mass
Bsn-True Mass Protien

Being in college myself i've learned after a time to eat well for cheap. Its actually quite easy. At the mo i spend no more than 30 euros a week on food. Porridge(oats) is a dirt cheap breakfast source(u could stir in sum protein powder). I make sandwichs then for during the day(brown bread or granery with loads of cheese & sliced chicken etc). Dinner is usually chicken & rice. Rice is very cheap & even more so when you buy in bulk. A tin of tuna i buy costs 80 cent. I eat about 5 solid food meals a day + 1 protein shake.
If you can afford all those supplemets my advice would be to drop most of them(hang on the protein) and spend your money on solid food insted. From what i hear food in the states is far cheaper than rip off ireland so if i can do it you can.

You have your macro nutrient breakdown off.

Shoot for 60 C/20P/20F

Just make sure that your carbs are complex and that you are getting 1g/lb of protein. Bump it up to 1.5g/lb if you are new to lifting. 6-8 meals/day. Also check out Layne's article on bodybuilding for the college student:
