Well people are concerned about the cholesterol and fat content in the yolk, and rightfully so to a degree. Most of an eggs protein is in the white as opposed to the yolk as well. Thee cholesterol in the yolk is actually good for you in moderation, and it tends to raise your HDL and lower your LDL levels. I always throw a few yolks in here and there........i eat any protein bar thats not peanut butter flavored,

i eat the whole egg.. i think most of the goodness the eggs contain is actually in the yolk itself so people shouldent be afraid/concerned of the cholestrol/fat content of yolk because if thier training, diet and cardio layout is good enough then it wouldent be an issue

i dont think ive EVER had a protien bar that tasted nice.. my first protien bar i tell ya it tasted soooo bad i wouldent even feed it to a sick, wounded, diseased and dying POW.

I remember reading that Mike Matarazzo used to eat a dozen eggs, yokes and all and wondered. Then I heard that he had triple by pass surgery, his veins all clogged up! One or two yokes is okay but not 10-12!
