Well I am going to start my first cycle in the next 2 weeks. So I wanting to loose as much fat as possible as fast as possible before my cycle. I am willing to sacrifice alot to do it, I need to know exactly what to eat and what not to eat and when to do cardio and how much to do it. I may crash diet for a sort time even though it isnt good for you body. Any feedback will apprecitated.

Thanks
Travis

This is my first cycle, I am going Test E...500mgs...for 10wks.

I just went through a bulking stage natural and I gain about 20lbs. From 150lbs to a little over 170lbs. I would guess about BF is around 10%.

I just want to be as lean as I can during the cycle.

Thanks

At 170 you should not be doing a cycle. Also, how old are you? I know this is not what you want to hear but unless you are 3 feet tall you are too small for gear and obviously have not been training long/reached your natural peak. Further, why would you want to crash diet.. you are going to lose a lot of lean mass in the process. What is the hurry?

I have been lifting since I was 14. I am a hard gainer and at 170lbs I am only 5'7 so I think that you would be surprised at my muscle development. I have reasearched gear since I was in high school so I know what I am doing. I appreciate your concern but I know what I am diong. I dont need anyone to talk about me doing a cycle I just need help with loosing fat quicker.

Thanks

Reduce calories and increase cardio. Set a deterministic goal so you know when you have achieved it. Get your body fat tested.

Whatever you do, DO NOT crash diet. You will lose more fat reducing calories and increasing cardio than you would crash dieting. Keep protein high, use complex carbs and keep water high. Personally, I would bulk all at once and cut all at once. Hope this helps.

the freak made a good point....bulk at once then diet at once. whatever cycle you choose to do, just remember take one type of gym candy isn't going to do much, you have to stack.

as for dieting, check out CUT DIET.COM
hope this helps

Well sincerely speaking can the quick approach to fat loss be really successful? I say this because I have seen people trying this but at the end of it they didnt achieve anything fruitful. The reason for this is not surely known to me but I just have the feeling that this does not work at all.

In a short, when you don't eat anything the body goes into conservation "save your life mode" burning glycogen and then muscle and retaining a higher percentage of fat. Fat is the most inefficient way to obtain glucose because only the glycerol portion can yield glucose not the fatty acids. Not only is it inefficient but it yields little glucose.

Vs.

When you eat many small meals the body is very efficient in its use and absorption of the nutrients. This will not only keep your metabolism high but you will will burn more fat when you couple this with regular cardio.

half those who are hardgainers dont even know that they prolly arnt eating enough to start with and is doing cardio like a madman
and those that have nailed thier diet, and dont do cardio still think thier hardgainers.. its just coz noone likes to think thier progress has come easily no no, that makes you look like you've had it done easy on you and other bodybuilders tend to look down on that (unless your name is paul dillet for some reason).
