It makes little difference as Biotin is easily obtained form foods such as oatbran, beans,
peas, peanuts, almonds, etc....
Plus you would have to consume a LOT of eggs everyday for long periods of time before any biotin deficiency is present.
The notion that humans can't absorb raw egg whites has to do with Ovomucoid.
"It has been suggested that the reduced digestibility of raw egg white is at least partially related to the presence of trypsin inhibitors in raw egg white (Matthews 1990). Ovomucoid is quantitatively the most important trypsin inhibitor (Gilbert 1971, Kassell 1970). Ovomucoid, however, does not react with human trypsin and, moreover, is relatively heat stable (Kasell 1970)."
The amount of protein absorbed when compared is statistically insignificant and the ones showing less absorbed or problems were done on ileostomy patients. In other words, there isn't much difference.
