I was wondering if anyone knew if burning my food was bad. I don't really know how to cook with seasoning or any of that so when i do cook chicken I just cook it through and burn it because I like the flavor. Is there anything bad with doing that? Or can I just burn through all the meat I want without having to worry much.
The more you burn, the more denatured the protein becomes...In other words, the more useless it becomes. Burning the outside surface is fine, burning it through is not.
