I have dark circles under my eyes all the time. I think Ive been getting enough sleep so I don't think that it is do to exhaustion, but I wonder if it is a vitamin deficiency. Any ideas?

Are you sleeping enough? If you aren't then thats a prime way to get them.

Do you drink?
I stopped drinking for new years (a few days before) and my wife says that cleared up on me.

The dark circles are a immune response("allergic shiners"). So allerges might be responsible. An antihistamine might help. If my lifestyle gets sh*tty(no sleep, bad diet) I take clairitin. And that helps the skin around my eyes stay clear. But I would try to find the source of th allerges first; dairy, wheat, corn , soy, egg and peanut are the cheif offenders.

Make sure you are getting enough fluids too. Dehydration can cause dark circles under the eyes. The problem is more than likely caused by allergies though.
